To Be a Human

Our lives are constructed by every little things that happen around us, by every communication inside the environment that creates our feelings, thoughts, and moments on a limited dimension of space and time. A little of happiness, a little of smile, a little of cry, a little of love, a little of hatred, a little of suprise, a little of darkness, a little of pride, a little of hug, a little of kiss, a little of fight, a little of jealous, a little of laugh, a little of everything. Yes, we have a little of everything! All of those little things build up our lives, cause we have all of that little things that creates our big lives, and a big meaning for the lives itself. By remembering how short our times that remain, how every second could be our last second, our last breath, our last kiss, our last shout, our last word, our last heartbeat, our last teardrop, or our last moment to touch the rain, to feel the air, the cold around us, how lucky that we still could breath in and out ...
When I was young, I found a nice red present box under my bed. It was my birthday. Perhaps my mom or dad put it there. Or an angel. Or a fairy. I opened it excitingly. There was a sleeping black snack inside it. What a perfect combination, black in red. I put them back without closed it. A couple years later, at midnight, I was awakened from my sleep. My body shacked, I fell from a cloud in my dream. Automatically, I walked to my bathroom. But there was something weird about my closet. My direction change suddenly, I heard a snore from it. I opened my crimson closed slowly. A big dark wolf sleep inside it. Charming, cool, and stopped my heart for a while. It had a beautiful an exotic fur. I touched and kissed it, then walked away. Left the closet unclosed. In the early of my teenage, I bathed into my dream world. I stepped in an elegant black floor that dumped in a empty space. Is there ever really an empty space? I don’t know, but that was all that my visual got. I tried hard to b...

Reading My Old Mind

A little note that I found from my old folder. No, I’m not that person anymore. I grow stronger, I’m not scared anymore. I lived through tragedy. Facing the World War III everyday. I learned how to stay survive. I made mistakes, not only once, a lot. The old me are dead and gone now, time to change. Even sometimes it’s hard to accept that I couldn’t change who I’am, but I know, that I could change what life i would be living on. I already killed my old part yesterday. But I still save the body, to remind me who I was. Time to wake up, and break your imagination. Stop living on your dream world, focus on the reality, because you only use your imagination to escape the present, then at the end you would blame yourself or situation for your wasted dream.

So, then. (And the Mountains Echoed's Review)

And the Mountains Echoed by Khaled Hosseini My rating: 4 of 5 stars I'm definately in love with this book since I read the opening, it had a great opening. It gave the readers part by part story from many different perspective about the main story. The story told me about a regular life with a complicated problem. It told me about how important a single option that people choice in their lives which had a great impact, not only to that person, but the impact still echoed from one generation to another generation. The background felt so real. I felt like jumping from Afghanistan, to Greece, then France, the background were built in a deep way packed in a rich words. Khaled is a wizard of story telling. He made the story flows in a natural way that wrapped in a good option of diction. What I got confused was that there were too many characters. Many of them, that I think, aren’t important. In fact, they dragged me away from the main story. Like the story of Thalia and Markos. T...

The More You Think You Know, The Easier It'll Be To Fool You

Informasi-i...

How's your life now?

How’s your life now? One question that made me realize how fast my life had changed in almost every aspect. It turned out into a difficult question to me. Twelve years ago I saw a girl in a sweet white dress. I stared into her innocent eyes, she stared back to me as if she was sending a code through her eyes. I couldn’t understand. Did she screamed? Cried? Or shared a happiness? Till her eyes broke into a tears. She was scared, felt discriminated, confused where she was belong to, she lost her self in a very young age. Nothing to hide. She screamed but no one heard. She definitely belong to nothing. Stood on herself. Ignored by the universe. Six years ago I found the same girl. She had gown up. Same dress, different color. Red. It could be blood, or ink. Almost nothing fat left on her body. Skeleton. She must be sacrified to get what she had now. She had a disease. Something that she made it by herself. A disease that made her obsessed about beauty. No one realized, ...
