Overrated (The Fault in Our Stars)

The Fault in Our Stars by John Green My rating: 3 of 5 stars I don't hate this book, but it's definately not my favorite from John Green's work. I found it sad but I didn't cried. I felt the romance, but I didn't touched. It is a pretty good book, but not great. I read about Hazel and August, but somehow my favorite character is Isaac. I read this book twice, the first one on 2013, my friend recommended me, I was intrested because I saw the good rating on goodreads. But when I read it, I found it a little bit cheesy, I didn't said that it was afwul, but there are a thousand kind of this story outside, it's not a new one, reall Love-Cancer-Die . When the movie was out, the rating got higher and higher ( seriously? ) Everyone read and talk about it. Then I read it for the second time, just to make sure my opinion, but still, it's OVERRATED View all my reviews

Turn Your Dream into a Fiction

Turn Your Dream into a Fiction I write down almost every single dream that I had in the night since I was about nine or ten years old. Why? Basically because I had a nightmare at that moment, and I kept remembering it, then I decided to write it down on my diary. But then I addicted to write more and more. Our dreams that we had in the night in our sleep, are amazing, and unlimited. Full of emotion and sensation, give us a great ideas, even tough sometimes they make us cry in the morning, or frightening. Some people believed that every single dream have a special meaning. I continue to write down my dreams because I enjoyed to read it back again. Sometimes they are associated to each other, sometimes it just a weird and doesn’t really has the “Heart”, but sometimes it could made my throat even felt the heartbeat. Mostly, my dreams didn’t really had a main character, and it was like an incident lead by another incident, but didn’t really had a climax, or the real story. That’s why I ...

Burmese Language

There are many languages spoken in Burma, but Burmese is the official language in Burma. Burmese is also a tonal language. There are four contrastive tones in Burmese. They used a pitch, phonation, intensity, duration, and vowel quality to make a different mean. Burmese has 33 letters, and 12 vowels. They write from left to right. I'm learning at this level (very basic? yep). Why Burmese? Basically, I'm in love with their song. This one is my favorite: lay phyu - nga yae la min (covered by The Four) I don't know what does the song mean, but I really love the melody. I tried to translate it by google translate. But too bad, at that moment I realized that google translate can't transtlate to Burmese. I still wonder why there isn't Burmese Language there, especially Burmese is an official language. Then I start to search the lyrics and the guitar chord, and somehow I start to intrest in their alphabet too.

The End

Let me tell you about the ending of one short love story. There is no prince, neither a princess. But there were a teenage girl and a man almost 30 years old. He looked tired, and was drunk, but not hangover yet. His breath smelled of beer mixed up with ciggarate. His deep black eyes went reddish, his tie was loosened. He took a deep breath. Here we were, in the middle of a big party, in the middle of chaos, where everyone knew everyone, but we kept touched only in ourselves. Stared to each other without any spoken words, long silence remained between us. He took a sip of his beer, then locked his black reddish eyes on mine. "I gotta go, it's already late," I said, then walked away. "don't," he pulled my hand, "don't go" then pulled all over my body. I was breathless. And speechless. "I need you to be here tonight," he stopped, then his face went closer to mine, he didn't complite his sentence yet. "I like you girl,...
